Postage

We calculate our postage costs on overall size of order, although some items may incur additional charges which we will advise on item description page.
Our postage costs are as follows:
Basket Total Delivery Cost
Orders up to £4.99 £2.00
Orders £5.00 to £19.99 £3.00
Orders £20 – £49.99 £4.00
Orders £50 to £74.99 £4.50

Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery via courier.

All orders over 2kg in weight will be delivered via courier so will have a 3-5 working day dispatch time.
All our costs are for UK mainland only.
For Non Mainland and International Postage charges please contact us prior to ordering and we can advise of the total cost of order.
We reserve the right to change our postage costs at any time.

Packaging

To keep costs low and in order to pass on competitive prices to our customers we endeavour to reuse packaging and parcel materials. We source cardboard and packaging from a variety of sources and would encourage you to recycle the materials once unpacked. We find this an economical solution whilst also being environmentally friendly.

Dispatch Times

Our standard turnaround time is 2 working days for stock items.
Personalised orders and bespoke orders will take 7 working days.
These times are until dispatch and do not include postage times. We have no control over post timescales so please allow plenty of time for your items to arrive. We will not investigate missing parcels until 14 days after dispatch. These are estimated timescales and are subject to change during busy periods although we would aim to dispatch your order as close to these as possible.

Payments

All payments are taken by Paypal so we do not handle any communications regarding payment and all information is securely processed by Paypal.

Returns Policy

In the case that you are unhappy with your purchase in the first instance please contact us on our email enquiries@quintessentialcraft.co.uk where we would hope to rectify the issue.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the item.

All goods returned under this regulation must be in the same condition as purchased and contact must be made prior to return to discuss. A refund will then be issued once the goods are received. We will refund the total cost of the item including postage costs but returns costs would need to be covered by the buyer.

If your items are faulty or damaged on receipt then we will be happy to replace them or offer a refund. We would need to be notified within 2 days of you receiving the item of the damage. We will arrange whether the items need to be returned or not, although we may request proof of damage by photograph.

All personalised items and bespoke orders are exempt for returns unless they are damaged or faulty.  Any spellings given by the buyer will be used so please double check these as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information that is given.

Due to the nature of the materials we work with and the way the items are cut, some blackening and marks on the surface of the item are normal and thus refunds due to this will not be given. Sanding the items would add additional costs to the items and we wish to give our customers the best value for money. Please check listings for details on whether the items are sanded or not prior to purchase.
